My fourth graders had a blast smearing hearts! We recently did this project. Click HERE to see the project with a video!
Directions:
Kids cut out a little heart, a medium heart, and a big heart.
They place the big heart on the paper.
They outline it dark on the paper. Also, they should make sure the pattern gets some oil pastel on it.
The hold the paper heart cut-out down and smear.
Then, they repeat with the medium sized heart.
Then, the small heart.
The kids got very involved into the project. They began experimenting and the effects were pretty cool!
